Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 22, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of breach of personal information involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook.

Chris Vickery answered questions.

At 9:52 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:57 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Questioning of the witness resumed.

At 10:20 a.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit for 15 minutes.

At 10:32 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:10 a.m., the sitting resumed.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed supplementary budget in the amount of $ 22,200, for the study of the breach of personal information involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook, be adopted.

At 11:19 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:23 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 22, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of breach of personal information involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 11:46 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
