Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 22, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of breach of personal information involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook.

Damian Collins made a statement and answered questions.

At 10:27 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:30 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, the Committee resumed its study on net neutrality.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "The Protection of Net Neutrality in Canada".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and Analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

ORDERED, — That the Analysts and the Clerk of the Committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee's website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

ORDERED, — That the Chair send a letter to Chris Vickery (UpGuard) to obtain a copy of the information contained in the hard drive sent to the United Kingdom Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee.
