Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, March 22, 2016 and section 343 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act.

Chief Bill Eramus, Jason McLinton, Channa Perrera, Ahmed Idriss and Parisa A. Ariya made statements and answered questions.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee meet to discuss Committee business on Tuesday, December 6, 2016.

At 5:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
