Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of Plastic Pollution.

Carol Hochu and Joe Hruska, by videoconference from Mississauga, Ontario, Heather Schoemaker, Joanne Gauci and Andrew Marr, by videoconference from Burnaby, British Columbia, Max Liboiron, Mark Butler and Vito Buonsante made statements and answered questions.

At 5:14 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:20 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:31 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
