Pursuant to Standing Order 81(5), the Committee commenced consideration of the Supplementary Estimates (A), 2018-19: Vote 1a under Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency, Votes 1a and 10a under Department of the Environment, and Vote 1a under Parks Canada Agency, referred to the Committee on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.

The Chair called Vote 1a under Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency.

Carol Najm, Alan Kerr and Christine Loth-Bown made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 4:50 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:55 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 1, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of clean growth and climate change in Canada: international leadership.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

At 5:04 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
