Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of settlement services across Canada.

Heather Hart, Val Windsor and Garry Green made statements and, with Jennifer Reddy and Toula Germanakos, answered questions.

At 4:52 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:54 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Noureddine Belhocine by videoconference from Brossard, Quebec, Andy Foster, Kim Dienhoff and Victoria Sellar made statements and answered questions.

At 5:32 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
