Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 1, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of migration challenges and opportunities for Canada in the 21st century.

Alexandra Bilak, by videoconference from Geneva, Switzerland, and Idil Atak made statements and answered questions.

At 4:30 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the Committee not meet on Thursday, November 8, 2018.

Christian Friis Bach, by videoconference from Copenhagen, Denmark, Vartan Shadarevian, Rosa Baum and Abid Shamdeen, by videoconference from Cambridge, Massachusetts made statements and answered questions.

At 5:34 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
