The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the routine motion governing staff attending in camera proceedings, adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, parliamentary interns attend the in camera meeting.

At 4:52 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
