Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of the non-tariff trade barriers to the sale of agricultural products in relation to Free Trade Agreements.

Frédéric Seppey made a statement and, with Paul Mayers, answered questions.

At 11:57 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:02 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $28,500, for the study of non-tariff trade barriers to the sale of agricultural products in relation to Free Trade Agreements, be adopted.

At 12:57 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
