Gary Walbourne made a statement and answered questions.
At 4:16 p.m., Robert Kitchen took the Chair.
At 4:22 p.m., Neil R. Ellis took the Chair.
At 4:32 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:40 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That the Chair, in consulation with the Clerk and the Analyst, prepare and submit a travel rationale and preliminary travel budget to the Subcommittee on Committee Budgets of the Liaison Committee.
It was agreed, — That the Committee invite Claude Lalancette to appear before the Committee on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. in relation to the Committee's study of mental health and suicide prevention among veterans.
It was agreed, — That the Clerk of the Committee, in consultation with the Chair and the Analyst, prepare a draft budget for the Committee's study of mental health and suicide prevention among veterans, for consideration by the Committee.
At 5:01 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
