The Standing Committee on Health met at 8:45 a.m. this day, in Room 306, La Promenade Building, the Vice-Chair, Libby Davies, presiding. |
Members of the Committee present: Eve Adams, Libby Davies, Hon. Hedy Fry, Claude Gravelle, Wladyslaw Lizon, James Lunney, Dany Morin, David Wilks and Terence Young. |
Acting Members present: Yvonne Jones for Hon. Hedy Fry. |
In attendance: Library of Parliament: Karin Phillips, Analyst. |
Witnesses: As individuals: Philippe Lucas, Doctoral Candidate, University of Victoria; Zach Walsh, Associate Professor, University of British Columbia. |
