The Standing Committee on Public Accounts met in camera at 3:36 p.m. this day, in Room 237-C, Centre Block, the Chair, David Christopherson, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Malcolm Allen, Jay Aspin, Lysane Blanchette-Lamothe, Hon. Gerry Byrne, David Christopherson, Earl Dreeshen, Alain Giguère, Bryan Hayes, Daryl Kramp, Andrew Saxton, Bev Shipley and John Williamson.

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Lindsay McGlashan, Analyst ; Alex Smith, Analyst.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108 (2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, May 23, 2013, the Committee met with representatives of the delegation from Guyana.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed in a public and televised session.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, May 23, 2013, the Committee commenced consideration of Chapter 10, Advance Funding — P3 Canada Fund, of the Spring 2013 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.

Sylvain Ricard and Richard Botham made statements and, with Greg Smith, answered questions.

At 5:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
