Introduction of Government Bills

Pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Mr. Hill (Leader of the Government in the House of Commons) for Mr. Nicholson (Minister of Justice), seconded by Mr. O'Connor (Minister of State), Bill C-22, An Act respecting the mandatory reporting of Internet child pornography by persons who provide an Internet service, was introduced, read the first time, ordered to be printed and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.


Presenting Reports from Interparliamentary Delegations

Presenting Petitions

Government Orders

The House resumed consideration of the motion of Mr. Nicholson (Minister of Justice), seconded by Mr. Merrifield (Minister of State (Transport)), — That Bill C-16, An Act to amend the Criminal Code, be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights.
