The House resumed consideration of the motion of Mr. Nicholson (Minister of Justice), seconded by Mr. Hearn (Minister of Fisheries and Oceans), — That Bill C-22, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (age of protection) and to make consequential amendments to the Criminal Records Act, be now read a third time and do pass.

The question was put on the motion and, pursuant to Standing Order 45, the recorded division was deferred until Monday, May 7, 2007, at the ordinary hour of daily adjournment.
