The Standing Committee on Finance met at 9:35 a.m. this day, in Room 308 West Block, the Chair, Massimo Pacetti, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Don H. Bell, Yvan Loubier, John McKay, Maria Minna, Massimo Pacetti and Charlie Penson.

 

Acting Members present: Richard Harris for Monte Solberg, Jack Layton for Judy Wasylycia-Leis and Caroline St-Hilaire for Guy Côté.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: June Dewetering, Principal; Alexandre Laurin, Analyst.

 

Witnesses: Air Transport Association of Canada: Warren Everson, Vice-President, Policy and Strategic Planning. Chamber of Maritime Commerce: Raymond W. Johnston, President.
