SECOND REPORT		DEUXIÈME RAPPORT
Pursuant to Standing Order 108 (2), the Committee has considered matters relating to Copyright Reform raised in the First Report of the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage in the Third (3rd) Session of the 37th Parliament, entitled “Interim Report on Copyright Reform” . The Committee has concurred in the findings of that report, which is appended.		Conformément au mandat du Comité à l’article 108 (2), le Comité a étudié des questions touchant le droit d'auteur dans le Premier rapport du Comité permanent du patrimoine canadien lors de la troisième (3^e) session de la 37^e législature, rapport intitulé “Rapport intérimaire sur le réforme du droit d'auteur”. Le comité a approuvé les conclusions de ce rapport, qui est annexé.
In accordance with Standing Order 109, the Committee requests that the Government table a comprehensive response to the Report.		Conformément à l’article 109 du Règlement, le Comité demande au gouvernement de déposer une réponse globale au rapport.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 3) is tabled.		Un exemplaire des Procès-verbaux pertinent (réunion n^o 3) est déposé.
