The Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure of the Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs, Northern Development and Natural Resources met in camera at 12:39 p.m. this day, in Room 209 West Block, the Chair, Guy St-Julien, presiding.

Members of the Subcommittee present: Larry Bagnell, John Duncan, Nancy Karetak-Lindell, Pat Martin, Guy St-Julien and Maurice Vellacott.

Acting Members present: Pauline Picard for Yvan Loubier.

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Jean-Luc Bourdages ; Mary Hurley ; Tonina Simeone.
