The Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates met at 3:40 p.m. this day, in Room 362, East Block, the Chair, Reg Alcock, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Reg Alcock, Carolyn Bennett, Ken Epp, Paul Forseth, Robert Lanctôt, Pat Martin, Gilles-A. Perron, Judy Sgro, Paul Szabo and Tony Tirabassi.
Other Member present: Andy Scott.
In attendance: From the Library of parliament: Jack Stilborn, Analyst.
Witness: From the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat: Michelle d'Auray, Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Officer Branch.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the committee resumed its study on New Public Management and ICTs (Information and Communications Technologies) (See Minutes of Proceedings of Tuesday, January 28, 2003).
The witness made an opening statement and answered questions.
At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
