The Standing Committee on National Defence and Veterans Affairs met at 9:03 a.m. this day, in Room 362, East Block, the Chair, David Pratt, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Claude Bachand, Leon Benoit, Bill Blaikie, Ivan Grose, Joe McGuire, Anita Neville, Lawrence O'Brien, Janko Perić, David Pratt, Elsie Wayne.
In attendance: From the Parliamentary Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: Michel Rossignol, Research Officer.
Witness: From the Canadian Institute of Strategic Studies: David Rudd, President.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed consideration of its study on Canada-United States Defence Cooperation.
The witness made an opening statement and answered questions.
At 11:00 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
