The Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights met at 9:00 a.m. this day, in Montreal at the Delta Centre-Ville Hotel, in the Regence Ballroom, the Chair, Hon. Andy Scott, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Garry Breitkreuz, Chuck Cadman, Marlene Jennings, Paul Harold Macklin, Richard Marceau, John McKay, Hon. Andy Scott.

Acting Member present: Réal Ménard for Robert Lanctôt.
