The Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage met at 11:20 a.m. this day, in Room 308 West Block, the Chair, Clifford Lincoln, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Jim Abbott, Carole-Marie Allard, Paul Bonwick, Liza Frulla, Christiane Gagnon, Clifford Lincoln and Alex Shepherd.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Sam Banks, Analyst; Monique Hébert, Analyst.

 

Appearing: Hon. Sheila Copps, Minister of Canadian Heritage.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study on the State of the Canadian Broadcasting System. (See Minutes of Proceedings dated November 7, 2002, meeting No. 2).
