The Standing Committee on Finance met in a televised session at 9:32 a.m. this day, in Room 253-D Centre Block, the Chair, Sue Barnes, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Sue Barnes, Scott Brison, Roy Cullen, Nick Discepola, Sophia Leung, Shawn Murphy, Pierre Paquette, Monte Solberg, Judy Wasylycia-Leis and Bryon Wilfert.

Pursuant to Standing Order 83(1), the Committee resumed its pre-budget consultations.
 

Panel I: François R. Lacroix, Marc Renaud, Gerald Brown, Kenneth V. Georgetti and John Murphy made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

 

At 10:18 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:40 a.m., the sitting resumed.

 

The Committee resumed consideration of pre-budget consultations. Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

 

At 11:17 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:21 a.m., the sitting resumed.

 

Panel I: Katherine MacDonald, Johanne Fillion, Walter Robinson, Jim Thomson and Phil Fontaine made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

 

At 12:57 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
