The Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration met at 9:07 a.m. this day, in Room 209, West Block, the Chair, Joe Fontana, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Mark Assad, Yvon Charbonneau, Joe Fontana, Steve Mahoney, Inky Mark, Anita Neville, David Price, Lynne Yelich.
Acting Members present: Raymonde Folco for Joe Peschisolido, Andrew Telegdi for John Godfrey.

Pursuant to its Order of Reference of Friday, November 8, 2002, the
Committee resumed debate on Clause 2, consideration of Bill C-18, An Act
respecting Canadian citizenship (See Minutes of Proceedings, Thursday,
November 21, 2002, Meeting No. 6).
