Monday, March 19, 2001
The Sub-Committee on Parliamentary Calendar of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs met in camera at 10:19 a.m. this day, in Room 112-N, Centre Block, the Chair, Marlene Catterall, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Stéphane Bergeron, Rick Borotsik, Marlene Catterall and Yvon Godin.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: James Robertson, research officer.
Pursuant to the Order of Reference from the Committee dated Thursday, February 15, 2001, review of the Parliamentay Calendar.
The Sub-Committee discussed a draft report on the parliamentary calendar.
By unanimous consent, it was agreed, - That, the draft Report be adopted and that the Chair of the Sub-Committee present it to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs.
At 10:51 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
