The Standing Committee on Finance met in a televised session at 3:40 p.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Chair, Sue Barnes, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Sue Barnes, Carolyn Bennett, Scott Brison, Nick Discepola, Albina Guarnieri, Rahim Jaffer, Sophia Leung, Yvan Loubier, Grant McNally, The Hon. Maria Minna, Shawn Murphy, The Hon. Lorne Nystrom, Charlie Penson, Pauline Picard, Bryon Wilfert.
Acting Member present: Steve Mahoney for Roy Cullen.
OtherMember present: Ken Epp.
In attendance: From the Research Department of the Library of Parliament: June Dewetering, Acting Principal; Blayne Haggart and Marc-André Pigeon, Research Officers.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee discussed current economic developments.
The Minister made a statement and answered questions.
