MINUTES OF PROCEEDING
The Chair presented the Second Report of the Sub-Committee on Agenda and Procedure, read as follows: Your Sub-Committee met on Monday, March 9, 1998, and agreed to make the following recommendations:
After debate, the Second Report of the Sub-Committee on Agenda and Procedure was adopted. Art Hanger moved, - That the Committee undertake to review the procurement process and contract tendering relating to the search and rescue helicopter for the Canadian Armed Forces and report to the House prior to the 1998 summer recess. |
