Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 3, 2022, the committee resumed its study of air passenger protection regulations.

Olivier Chouc made a statement and, with Martin Guimond and Hoang Tran, answered questions.

At 12:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:22 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $11,500, for the study of Air Passengers Protection Regulation, be adopted.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

At 12:56 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
