Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Canada’s clean energy plans in the context of North American energy transformation.

Normand Mousseau, Robert Saik, Gil McGowan, Raphael Gaudreault, Zsombor Burany and Daniel Lashof made statements and answered questions.

At 5:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:01 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 6:15 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:20 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
