Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(viii) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, the committee resumed its review of the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: “Review of the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons: Part 1”.

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions, of no more than ten pages in length, be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, not later than noon on Friday, June 17, 2022.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(vi) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, the committee resumed its study of the inclusion of Indigenous languages on federal election ballots.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "The Inclusion of Indigenous Languages on Federal Election Ballots: A Step towards Reconciliation".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(ii) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, March 3, 2022, the committee resumed its study of expanding the federal jurisdiction for the operational security of the Parliamentary Precinct to include sections of Wellington St and Sparks St.

It was agreed, — That the committee call additional witnesses for Tuesday, June 21, 2022, on the study.

At 12:50 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
