Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, April 24, 2023, the committee resumed its study of the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation.

Mel Cappe made a statement and answered questions.

At 16:45 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 5:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:34 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witness resumed.

At 6:10 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:13 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the committee resumed consideration of Report 9, COVID-19 Vaccines, of the 2022 Reports 9 and 10 of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the committee on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

At 6:32 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
