Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, the committee commenced its study of the changeover of the Public Service Health Care Plan from Sun Life to Canada Life.

Mollie Royds and Marie-Chantal Girard made statements and, with David Prest and Pascale Archambault, answered questions.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:38 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Ryan Weiss and Thi Vu made statements and answered questions.

At 5:19 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
