Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on April 21, 2023, the committee resumed its study of the review of the impact of Canada’s procurement process on the Canadian Armed Forces.

Karen Hogan made a statement and, with Andrew Hayes and Nicholas Swales, answered questions.

At 4:45 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:50 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.

Anessa Kimball and Philippe Lagassé made statements and answered questions.

At 5:57 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
