Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on October 6, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Arctic security.

Adam Lajeunesse and David Perry made statements and answered questions.

• BGen Denis Boucher, Director General Defence Security
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on October 25, 2022, the committee commenced its study of reports that former Royal Canadian Air Force pilots have undertaken employment to train members of the People's Liberation Army Air Force.

BGen Denis Boucher made a statement and answered questions.

Motion

James Bezan moved, — That in the committee's current study regarding reports that former Royal Canadian Air Force pilots have undertaken employment to train members of the People's Liberation Army Air Force, the committee invite CanLink Aviation, who operate Moncton Flight College, and other flight schools in Canada who may be training pilots from the People's Liberation Army to appear.

At 1:06 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
