Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, the committee proceeded to a briefing with the Parliamentary Budget Officer to address the report, “Break-Even Analysis of Production Subsidies for Stellantis-LGES and Volkswagen”.

Yves Giroux made a statement and, with Jill Giswold and Chris Matier, answered questions.

At 3:57, pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 4:10 p.m., the sitting suspended.
At 4:31 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 5:34, Rick Perkins took the Chair.

At 5:39, the Chair took the Chair.

At 5:59 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
