On motion of Jaime Battiste, it was agreed, — That the additional witness list for the study of Arctic sovereignty, security and emergency preparedness of Indigenous Peoples be adopted.
John McKearney made a statement and, with Tina Saryeddine, answered questions.
At 2:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 2:03 p.m., the sitting resumed.
