Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 3, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the Housing Accelerator Fund.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 3:56 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:57 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Housing Accelerator Fund".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, October 3, 2022.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the clerk of the committee be authorized to grant access to the committee's digital binder to the offices of the whips of each recognized party.

It was agreed, — That the deadline for the submission of applications for the 2022 Centennial Flame Research Award be extended until Monday, October 31, 2022.

ORDERED, — That the Chair, in cooperation with the clerk of the committee, draft a letter to the Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Disability Inclusion regarding the consideration of Bill C-22, Canada Disability Benefit Act, at the committee stage.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the motion adopted on Monday, February 28, 2022, the committee commence its study of the Supporting Black Canadian Communities Initiative followed by the study of disability inclusion.

At 4:54 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
