Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, the committee resumed its study of oversight of medical devices (breast implants).

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of women’s health, the committee invite officials from the Department of Health to appear on Monday, November 6, 2023.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of women’s health, the members of the committee submit to the clerk their prioritized witness lists not later than Friday, October 27, 2023.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, the committee resumed its study of oversight of medical devices (breast implants).

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 12:37 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
