Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the ecosystem impacts and the management of pinniped populations.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, May 1, 2023, the committee resumed its study of the allocation of resources to the Great Lakes Fishery Commission.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Restoring Full Accountability for Resources and Governance of the Great Lakes Fishery Commission".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

ORDERED, — That the clerk of the committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a draft budget respecting the committee’s proposed travel to Whitehorse, Carmacks, and Dawson City, Yukon, in relation to the study of Population Sustainability of Pacific Salmon Stocks, for consideration by the committee on Thursday, November 9, 2023.

At 11:44 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
