At 11:28 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

Dave Brown, Christopher J. Bos, Martin Paish and Jean Lanteigne made statements.

Martin Mallet, Martin Paish, Owen Bird and Dave Brown answered questions.

At 11:57 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), the sitting was suspended.

At 12:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The witnesses answered questions.

At 1:17 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
