Pursuant to the order of reference of Tuesday, November 22, 2022, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-32, An Act to implement certain provisions of the fall economic statement tabled in Parliament on November 3, 2022 and certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on April 7, 2022.

The committee commenced its clause-by-clause study of the Bill.

Pursuant to Standing Order 75(1), consideration of Clause 1 (short title) was postponed.

The Chair called Clause 2.

Clause 2 carried on the following recorded division:

It was agreed, — That the committee resume the study on the Current State of Fiscal Federalism in Canada on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, and that witnesses be submitted to the clerk by Friday, December 2, 2022.
