The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the situation at the Russia-Ukraine Border and Implications for Peace and Security, the Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine and officials from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development and the Department of National Defence be invited to appear before the committee on Monday, October 16, 2023.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of security at the borders between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the Ambassador of Canada to Armenia and officials from the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development be invited to appear before the committee on Monday, October 23, 2023.
At 6:12 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
