Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, June 20, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women globally.

Maria Cristina Rodriguez Garcia and Béatrice Vaugrante made statements and, with Lauren Ravon, answered questions.

At 12:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:12 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Natalia Kanem and Diane Francoeur made statements and, with Jocelynn Cook, answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the security at the borders between Azerbaijan and Armenia and the study of the situation at the Russia-Ukraine border and implications for peace and security, the proposed budget in the amount of $ 319,602.69, for the committee’s travel to Armenia, Azerbaijan and Poland in the spring-summer 2023, be adopted.

At 1:08 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
