Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, the committee resumed its study of foreign interference and threats to the integrity of democratic institutions, intellectual property and the Canadian state.

Edward Johnson made a statement and answered questions.

At 4:38 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 4:56 p.m., conformément à l'article 115(5) du Règlement, the sitting was suspended.

At 5:24 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witness resumed.

At 6:07 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
