The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $6,550, for the study of Bill C-248, An Act to amend the Canada National Parks Act (Ojibway National Urban Park of Canada), be adopted.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the motion adopted on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, the committee commence clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-248, An Act to amend the Canada National Parks Act (Ojibway National Urban Park of Canada) on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, and that the deadline to submit amendments on this bill be Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 12:00 p.m.

It was agreed, — That the first hour of the meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, be dedicated to hearing witnesses on Bill C-226, National Strategy Respecting Environmental Racism and Environmental Justice Act and that the second hour be organized at the discretion of the Chair.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, the committee resumed its study of clean technologies in Canada.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 3, 2022, the committee resumed its study of fossil fuel subsidies.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 5:43 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
