Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motions adopted by the committee on Monday, January 31, 2022, and Monday, March 21, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the modernization of the Canada–Ukraine Free Trade Agreement.

Andriy Shevchenko, Winston Gereluk, Mark Agnew, Jars Balan and Clayton Kotylak made statements and answered questions.

At 4:32 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Louis Bouchard made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
