Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, April 24, 2023, the committee commenced its study of the closure of the Olymel processing plant in Vallée-Jonction.

Donald Boucher, Ian Gillespie, Paul Beauchamp and Stéphane Forget made statements and, with Louis Banville, Tal Elharrar and Jacinthe David, answered questions.

At 7:38 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 7:44 p.m., the sitting resumed.

René Roy, David Duval and Eric Schwindt made statements and, with Stephen Heckbert, answered questions.

At 8:37 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
