By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That all items on the order of precedence established on Thursday, February 27, 2020, remain votable.
It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they be considered by the House.
It was agreed, — That the Chair report the Subcommittee's findings to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs as soon as possible.
At 5:01 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
