Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, the committee resumed its study of addressing sexual misconduct issues in the Canadian Armed Forces, including the allegations against former chief of the defence staff Jonathan Vance.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That Gary Walbourne be permitted to be assisted by counsel when he appear in relation to the study of addressing sexual misconduct issues in the Canadian Armed Forces, including the allegations against former Chief of the Defence Staff Jonathan Vance.

At 3:02 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
