Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 29, 2020, the committee commenced its study of Investment Canada Act.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That in relation to the study on the domestic manufacturing capacity for a COVID-19 vaccine, the COVID-19 Vaccine Task Force members be invited to appear for one and a half hours, separately from other witnesses, at their earliest opportunity.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the committee undertake a study on front-line grocery store workers, and that the evidence and documentation received by the committee during the First Session of the 43rd Parliament on the subject be taken into consideration by the committee in the current session.

At 1:05 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
