Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 22, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the vulnerabilities created and exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Annabelle Bodmer-Roy, Taryn Russell, Lindsay Gladding, and Martin Fisher made statements and, with Tineka Levy and Rowena Pinto, answered questions.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:39 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Tanjina Mirza, Annalisa Brusati, and Susan McIsaac made statements and, with Elias Ayoub, answered questions.

At 5:34 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
